Scope of this policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit latribuverde.com, in Spanish or English, or when you contact La Tribu Verde through the channels published on it.

It applies only to the corporate website of La Tribu Verde (www.latribuverde.com). It does not cover other independent applications or services that may use this domain or a subdomain of it; each of them has its own legal documentation.

The website has no forms, user accounts or registration areas. You do not need to give any personal data to browse it. Cookies and similar technologies are explained separately in the Cookie Policy.

What data we process and why

When you contact us by email or phone

If you write to info@latribuverde.com or somoslatribuverde@gmail.com, or call +34 604 039 556, we process the data you give us: usually your name, email address or phone number, the company or production you represent and the content of your message.

  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one and follow up on it.
  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask about our services, and our legitimate interest in answering any other enquiry (article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Retention: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If it leads to a contract, for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to meet possible liabilities.

When you browse the website

To deliver the pages and protect the website against misuse, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and the type of browser and device.

  • Purpose: to serve the website and keep it secure and working properly.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a secure, working website (article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Retention: for the limited period the hosting provider keeps its technical logs.

Visit statistics (Vercel Analytics)

We use Vercel Analytics to see aggregated figures such as pages viewed, the referring website, country and type of device or browser. It does not use cookies, and we do not use it to identify you. More information: Vercel Analytics privacy(opens in a new tab).

  • Purpose: to understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used in aggregate form (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Your cookie consent (Cookiebot)

When you accept, reject or customise cookies, Cookiebot records your choice: a consent ID, the date and time, the categories you chose, an anonymised IP address, the page and the browser.

  • Purpose: to respect your choice and be able to show that consent was obtained.
  • Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (article 6.1.c GDPR, together with article 7.1 GDPR).
  • Retention: while your consent is valid, according to the period set in Cookiebot; after that you will be asked again.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads), only with your consent

Only if you accept the marketing category in Cookiebot, Google Ads uses cookies and identifiers to measure the results of our advertising campaigns and, if you allow it, to personalise ads. If you do not accept, these cookies are not stored.

Links to social networks and other websites

The website links to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other external websites, but does not embed their content. No data is shared with them until you click a link. From then on, the privacy policy of that website applies.

Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States, so some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
